**Welcome to Winco's- home of the innovative, reduced snag jig heads and unique soft-baits. Two new cold-water smallmouth bass soft bait jigs are now available. Both feature a 1/8 and/or 3/16 oz. stand-up football jig w/ a single wire,flexible rock guard that makes these jigs very resistant to permanent snags. The Willee Wanabee is a 2.25" soft bait rigged w/ multi-colored silicone strands and the 2" - C.W.H.D. ( Cold water Hares' Delight) is built on the same jig head and features cross-cut rabbit hare and a Willee Wanabee trailer. These jigs will be listed in the new products box when they are available. A new 3/32 oz. weighted-Mustad Ultra-point available for use w/ the River Darter soft jerk-baits. They will not inhibit the swimming, horizontal fall and/or darting action that makes these baits so effective. **Rigged texposed, they are deadly when extra weight is necessary for deeper water and/or heavy current situations. The Mustad Ultra-lock hook is available for holding soft-plastic baits in place and will eliminate the use of glue to hold the soft-bait in place on the hook shank. The new solid body River Darter series (for horizontal nose hooking) is a big hit w/anglers. Excellent sink rate w/ good durability plus unique, lifelike action makes this bait a “must have“. Two new and productive cold water finesse soft-baits are in stock. The 2 3/4" Chillee Willee and the 3 1/4" Undulator have proven very effective for Smallmouth bass in rivers and creeks. Their moving and floating tails provide lifelike action when used with the available #1 hooks with the central balance of the football and stand-up heads provide. Fished slowly on the bottom, moving the bait no more then 3-6" @ a time with two light wrists flicks and one short drag followed by a pause, is all it takes to interest cold-water SMB. **Check out the injected, scent impregnated Tastee Tube Jr tubes w/ their precision cut tails for excellent life-like, undulating tail action.
