This very popular jig features a 1/16 oz. 1/8 oz. or 1/4 oz. powder painted football jig with a sparse, hand tied, 10 strand silicone skirt. The 3" plastic trailer is salt and 3 scent impregnated . The plastic trailers are held firmly in place w/our double-barbed custom football jigs w/Mustad Ultra-point,2/0 hooks. The 3" custom trailer better imitates the average sized crayfish found in streams and smaller rivers. Smallmouth bass can't leave this jig alone. The football head gives the jig central balance which keeps the hook in an upright position for positive hooksets. A must have, proven jig that works throughout the year.
