Slip a #2 - 6 Gamakatsu finesse hook thru the worm, under the "O" ring and out the other side of the the worm (exposed).

For weed and wood applications, place a small piece of plastic worm over the point of the hook. You may also use the newer Gamakatsu weedless finesse hook, size #2. Now you can finesse the worm thru light weeds and wood without hanging up. This will not hamper your ability to successfully hook-up.
