The "Sonar Lure" is excellent for schooling hybrid striped-bass and striped-bass. The 3x needle-point hooks will hold them. For largemouths and "smallies" in cold water, work slowly across the bottom, pumping slightly with pauses (just like you would fish a jig). Braided line with a fluorocarbon leader is recommended for maximum sensitivity. Most times ,the fish will hit on the pause. However, "smallies" are notorious for just bumping or pushing them in 40-50 degree water. Set the hook!!

The plain nickel picture appears dark because of the flash. They have a very shinny finish.
