These cross-cut rabbit hair jigs are the preferred bait for smallmouth bass when water temperatures drop into the 33 - 38 degree winter range. They are tied on 1/8 oz painted football jig heads w/Mustad needle-point hooks. These rabbit hair jigs pulsate w/the slightest bit of movement causing lethargic "smallies'' to hit. They are usually fished without a trailer but can be equally effective fished w/ a trailer. Available colors are black, brown and olive.
